4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred.

You retain ownership of all data you input into VisitorAI. We only use your data to provide the services you've requested. You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services.

VisitorAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VisitorAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VisitorAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of VisitorAI after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
